Group Visit Terms
To ensure a quality experience for all visitors, all group visits must be booked at least one week in advance. We reserve the right to stop unregistered groups from conducting self-guided tours in the museum.
Due to limited gallery capacity, early reservations will be given priority. Entry limits may vary depending on the exhibition—please follow staff instructions to help maintain order and a pleasant environment.
All reservations will be held for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. If the group is late, the reservation will be considered forfeited, and arrangements will depend on the day's availability.
To maintain a positive gallery atmosphere, the following visitor guidelines also apply to groups:
- Tripods, selfie sticks, and flash photography are not allowed in exhibition areas.
- Please remain quiet and view the exhibition respectfully.
- Do not use amplifiers, banners, or conduct any commercial or similar activities inside the exhibition areas.
- Do not conduct classes, workshops, or other group activities in public areas beyond guided tours.
- Materials involving water or requiring cleaning—such as watercolors, inks, markers, and oil pastels—are strictly prohibited in the galleries.
- One teacher is required for every 10 students.
- Children under 1.3 meters must be accompanied by an adult.
- If a guided tour causes congestion in the exhibition areas, museum security or volunteers will coordinate with the guide or teacher to ensure safe and smooth visitor flow.
